Worst Class Ever launches on Steam on November 9, 2026 in US time zones — November 10 in Beijing, Europe's morning. Funcore Games' own posts say "November 10"; the Steam page shows "Nov 9" because Steam displays the date in US time. The exact unlock hour hasn't been published. The price hasn't been announced either — it is not free (Steam lists it as a paid game), and the demo was free until it was pulled on November 3. Windows only: no Mac, Linux, console or Steam Deck rating.
Why two dates float around
Steam shows a release date in US time; the studio (Funcore Games, Beijing) and the Chinese press write it in China time. “Nov 9” and “November 10” are the same launch. If you’re in Europe or Asia, plan for the morning of the 10th.
What we know about pricing
Nothing official yet. The game is listed as paid, with Steam Achievements, Steam Workshop and Steam Cloud enabled. The previous Funcore / 2P Games title, Return from Core, launched at $16.99; that’s the only data point and it’s not a promise. We’ll add the price and any launch discount here on release day.
Platforms and languages
Windows only (DirectX 11). Mac and Linux are explicitly off.
Interface languages: English, Simplified Chinese (full audio), Traditional Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean.
No controller-support flag on the Steam page.
The demo is gone
The free demo ran from October 13 to November 3 and finished #1 in player count at Steam Next Fest with over 600,000 players. It was removed before launch, so new players can’t try it first — see demo vs full game for what the paid version adds.
